I recently went on a trip to New York and New Jersey, and it was really incredible. For those of you who don't know, I was born in New Jersey, and lived in Hasbrouck Heights for 3 years, before moving down here to South Florida. After moving, my brother and I would scurry back up to NJ just about every summer to visit my grandparents and aunts and uncles, until I was around 12. I say all this to say, this trip brought back some great childhood memories.
We drove by the house where I grew up (a little), my grandparents old house, the church where my parents got married, and a whole host of other nostalgic goodies.
Also, we managed to snake our way into NYC for a day. I have to say, I love New York City, and if I could afford it, I wouldn't mind living there for part of my life.
Okay, enough words... Pictures
